This extensive project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026 and is estimated at around EUR 400 million, making it one of the most significant private investments in the region.

The construction includes several buildings, among them bio-production lines and a new warehouse, for which a building permit was issued in 2024. In addition, a high-tech analytical laboratory is also being built, which will strengthen development capacities and create additional jobs.

The project will significantly increase the company’s logistics and production capacities and create hundreds of new jobs, mainly in highly technological and scientific fields, which will have an important impact on the economic development of the Pomurje region.

For this project, OC IMP Klima supplied modular air handling units in hygienic design with separate hydromodules, enabling higher heat recovery efficiency while significantly simplifying the installation of the air handling units. Due to the required system redundancy, the hydromodules were equipped with double pumps. The scope of supply also included air distribution and air filtration units.
