Industrial AHUs feature reinforced double-skin casings with high mechanical strength. They are manufactured from galvanized, pre-painted, painted steel, stainless steel or any other metal upon request, with additional anti-corrosion protection when required. Designed for both indoor and outdoor installation, these units ensure reliable operation even under harsh environmental conditions. The casing is in the highest fire rating class A1, fully non-combustible.
High Airflow Capacity
Production facilities often require large air volumes and high external static pressure due to extensive duct networks or advanced filtration stages. Industrial units therefore use high-performance centrifugal or plug fans with speed control (VFD/EC), ensuring stable operation even at elevated static pressures.
Precise Temperature and Humidity Control
In many industries — from textile and paper manufacturing to electronics and food processing — stable indoor climate conditions are critical to product quality. Systems can provide heating (hot water, steam, or gas-fired), cooling (chilled water or DX), as well as humidification and dehumidification, depending on process requirements.

Depending on the application, units can be equipped with multi-stage filtration systems — from coarse and fine filters to HEPA filtration. In chemical or pharmaceutical environments, activated carbon filtration may be required.
Energy Efficiency and Heat Recovery
